USA to USA Shipping:

Orders shipped via USPS Media Mail will not be trackable.

All U.S. domestic orders shipped UPS will be trackable, and a tracking number will be provided for each shipment in the order history section of the "My Account" section after orders have shipped.

Orders shipped to the state of Hawaii or a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS.

Overnight and Second Day orders must be placed by noon EST in order to be processed for next day or two day delivery.

USA to International Shipping:

Standard international orders shipped from our US warehouse will be sent via USPS International Air Mail. These orders will not be trackable, and thus we cannot guarantee delivery. For trackable, guaranteed international delivery, please choose our express shipping option. Express international orders will be trackable and sent via DHL Worldwide Priority Express.

All DHL shipments will be trackable. For tracking information, please contact customer support once your order has been placed. All DHL shipments have an estimated arrival time of 2-5 days.

Some international orders may incur additional customs fees. Yamaha MusicSoft is not responsible for assessing any customs fees that may be added to the cost of international orders upon delivery.
